This approach comes from lived experience, not theory. After rebuilding my own health, structure, and focus, I began helping others do the same in a way that fits around real life, work, and responsibilities.

Alongside coaching, I have spent more than a decade building software and solving practical problems through innovation. In 2022, that builder mindset was recognised when I became a finalist for the X-Forces in Business Innovator of the Year award.

My Story

Built through endless setbacks.

I grew up in a small village with little opportunity and had to figure most things the hard way. I failed college and had to teach myself how to code from scratch. Failures kept showing up, but so did the decision to keep going.

Later, I reached a low point. I let go of my health, my body, and my confidence. I gained weight, became isolated, struggled deeply with my mental health. Without purpose, everything started to feel hollow.

I reached a tipping point, and I decided enough was enough. I rebuilt my health, transformed my body, sharpened my mindset, and started searching for purpose beyond just getting by.

That is what sits behind my book and men's transformation coaching: helping others find the spark they have let diminish over the years, then giving them practical systems, support, and innovation-led thinking to bring it back.
