Information Collected
If you submit a form on this site, AJD may collect the details you provide. This can include your name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry type, message, and any answers you enter into tools such as the digital attention audit, workout generator, routine review, coaching readiness score, or digital detox signup.
Phone Numbers
The contact form may ask for a phone number, but this is optional. If you provide one, it is used only to respond to your enquiry or arrange contact related to your request.
How Your Details Are Used
Your details are used to respond to enquiries, deliver requested resources, generate tool results, manage newsletter subscriptions, and send relevant updates about AJD coaching, digital wellbeing, books, tools, and products.
Buying the Ebook
If you buy the ebook from the book page, checkout and payment processing are provided by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy may collect and process the information needed to complete your order, process payment, handle taxes or VAT, prevent fraud, and provide receipts or customer support. This may include your name, email address, billing information, payment details, IP address, and order details. AJD does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Emails and Unsubscribing
If you join the newsletter, download a guide, or opt in while submitting one of the free tools, you may receive occasional emails from AJD. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails.
Tools and Claude-Generated Results
Some tools ask for information about your goals, routine, training, focus, screen time, or coaching readiness. These answers are used to generate the result shown to you and may be processed by Claude, from Anthropic, for that purpose. Avoid submitting sensitive medical, financial, or other private information through these tools.
Providers Used
This website uses Buttondown to manage email subscriptions and related email delivery. Contact form notifications are sent through Resend so AJD can receive and reply to enquiries. Where an interactive tool generates a personalised result, submitted answers may be processed by Claude, from Anthropic, to create that result. Ebook checkout and payment processing are provided by Lemon Squeezy.
